This can not all be from the Notes, there is too many shares been told to just satisfy those notes that were due.


Is he compensating all new hires with shares ?? That is his responsibility and should be a major no no at this pps.

Every share that he adds to the O/s decreases the chances of this getting to a reasonable pps or any decent rally. If he wants to ever get out of the toxic debt spiral he is in then he somehow needs to stop diluting his shareholders at this PPS.
