Those sound like minor points to me (if you consider the whole picture).

But OK, thanks for correcting my post with the following:

1) The patents are real because UPTSO issued them, not because they are upheld by the courts.

2) They have not won any patent infringement suit. 3 cases were dropped and settled out of court.

3) Expensive lawyers. All lawyers are expensive, IMO and REVO hired high-end lawyers.

How much? I don't think anyone knows.
