But I offer more than that now…

It’s been two months since Jim and Doug teamed their presentation to the DSS audience… and since then we’ve not been given much to bet on – or have we?

IF! If, we have a new partner-in-the-making (my last Thursday’s assessment) it will certainly take time to work out the agreement with SCHOTT – the trump card. But it’s more than that. That display partner will carry the load to the foreseeable consumer markets with SCHOTT satisfying the whims of the military/security complex within the fed/gov. It’s a win/win situation for both. And can you see a buyout argument between the two industry giants that need to be satisfied before ratifying any joint development agreement?

So terms and details are paramount to the partnership.

Chemi, has just told us that he thinks no funding until 2016. Hmm… there’s two or three other proposals out there that I know of should our NIH submission get trashed. But I’m not going to disagree, rather my optimism is based on our new partner. The Boeing letter and other letters of confidence will go a long way within the complex, however, will do little to finalize our image space development, which is now in critical need.

It’s all about the display partner.

If Doug can get the word out within the complex that we, in fact, do have a partner that will help maximize our image space, but only need time to work out the agreement with SCHOTT, I believe that will promote the first letting of federal funding. In essence, we need to tell the funder that “we now can make that display unit bigger and better, don’t worry.” Who could discount those words knowing SCHOTT Defense is involved?

I’m betting on the partner news next, not the funding news.
