Etrade should not be involved... as i have etrade and JPHC shares were never given for trading.... they have yet to change the JPHC shares to PAIV ... and never allowed any selling of those shares... still showing in account as the number of JPHC shares that had with a number and the old JPHC price... you can not sell them or anything and never could.

Only ameritrade did... so do not see why sec would saying anything about eTrade ....

anyways... just more info...
