60 Mill Share Order Explained:

If you were watching $TPAC at close there was an order for 60,000,000 Shares at .000664 at 4:00:24pm EST.

Short Answer:
A MarketMaker accumulated 60Mill Shares throughout the day and reported it all at one time with the Avg price.

Long Answer:
OTC stocks do not sell after hours. The order we saw was a "Form T" order. A special order that a market maker(MM) can use to show a collection of orders made throughout the day. As individual traders our orders are shown as they occur but MMs have to option of waiting and reporting them all at once as long as its on that trading day.

My Opinion....
All I know is if I see 60mill-ish short shares "borrowed" and fall into the market tomorrow we know where the MMs got them... and as an investor I'm going to be pissed about the lack of transparency... But time will tell. Go $TPAC!
