I am not sure what you are seeing here, but all three officers have the title director after their name....and as I said a company may have a president in lieu of CEO. As to the BIO's, I do not need to see it. Is it a legal requirement? If so, then I agree with you that we need to have it. I do not think it is a legal requirement though.
