I have no idea what this new question is.

The questions are and have been: Who is the CEO? Who are all the Board members (a min of three required) and what are their Bios.

Your answer of:

President/Director: James L. Porter
Vice President/Director of Oil & Gas Division: Clay Franks
Secretary/Director: Gina L. Porter

answers none of those questions. No CEO is listed. Only two Company directors are listed and nobody knows how many the company has or who they are and their backgrounds. We do know that 2 is not the whole board because that would be a violation of the Articles and Bylaws.
