I guess that depends on your definition of "legit". Sure Michaud is legit when it comes to marketing dubious trading products- he makes over $160K a month on chatroom subscriptions and DVD sales alone. But as far as a legit trader? Hard to say.

Some say he doesn't trade at all but history suggests otherwise. According to the SEC he is quite legit at washtrading stocks and manipulating markets- see GHTI, AAGH, PLYCF, IDGI, EAHC, UBIQ, SLNR, LNTP, PUNK, EVTI etc.
