the only thing SFOR has going for it self is that FINRA keeps the scam going by allowing them to continually R/S and dilute the common stock.
Pass off the scam through possible litigation cost. Bull shit. SFOR should have funds needed to cover the litigation cost in their annual budget.
No they have to R/S split and dilute the common stock.
Not good business practice.
They say share holder's will benefit from all this R/S and dilution crap.
