I voted a resounding " YES " on all counts...

Red Oak is proving to the public they are very " shareholder friendly "....being the largest shareholder ( Red Oak ) insures all decisions going forward will be made to increase shareholder value.

There's a new sheriff in town, the old CBAI is history....
