I just went over the website and two things bother me: 1) The first step of phase one is to raise capital, 2) the first step in phase two is to raise capital. JB couldn't raise a dime and even hired an outside company to help find money and still there was no money, back in 2010-2011. Here is a post from four years ago by Gempicker. Tell me if things aren't repeating.
