On October 7, 2011, we terminated our contract dated May 18, 2011 with McNicoll, Lewis & Vlak LLC (“ MLV ”). Our main contact at MVL has left that firm and we have terminated our agreement and relationship with MLV with no further liabilities to either party.

Well, isn't this just peachy! I told you guys they were not producing anything. What a joke.
