If Henc does not or cannot participate in the next well on 444, then I believe that IF oil is found, they(Henc) would be excluded from participating on any developmental wells on that productive structure.

Hmmm...could it be a valid strategy for Henc to actually sit out the next 1 or 2 wells thinking that TGC will be out of cash if the next 2 wells ARE dry holes/low production holes?
