Airing problems are the only way to ensure continuous improvement ... In this case LQMT dropped the ball pure, simple and clearly.

The oversight required was nonexistent and it was made public ... nothing wrong with that at all, EXCEPT those responsible were not active participants in QC and they have to (should be) held accountable just as I am held accountable for my investment in those who seemingly could care less about my trust in them.

Let's all hope that "Juli" is not punished for her innocence and service to the stockholders.
