VLDI is a one board person company. He is not declaring anything to shareholders. SEC DICTATES HE HAS TO

What happens if I start a company and I only as a board go public and not disclose any information. Any share holder can sue or ask.

Same way, you should ask

1. what is the status
2. who are the sales person (think all his friends and bros)
3. time for sale

YES END RESULT IS IMPORTANT. BUT KNOWING THE CURRENT STATUS IS MORE IMPORTANT
