Subsequently, FINRA approved the name and stock symbol change with an effective date of July 14, 2014. We transitioned our business focus from a real estate financial services holding company to a marketing and new media company featuring an affiliate network, call center, and an enterprise solutions division that can provide design, web development, ecommerce, data management and more through an integrated platform. With this new change in business model we have started reporting new revenues our first month of the new operations. "
