Venturer...Could they be planning to do a reverse split in the future?

Normally after reverse splits, the shares normally fall, so - if you like the company - it would be best to sell and repurchase the shares later at lower prices.

If the graphite industry were positive during a reverse split, it might be best to temporarily hold for a small profit - then sell as most reverse splits eventually go negative – and later repurchase the shares at lower prices.

All...Any opinions on how the wording of the S1 will effect the stock price?
