The OS is all the shares issued as common stock to the public as well as restricted shares...if you remove 700mil of those shares or more, it's going to effect the pps. The float is nothing more than the shares that are freely traded in the market by the public so actually your wrong. A reduction will more than effect the pps...if it doesn't then explain why in other situations, the pps will run 100% and in some cases as high as 1000% if a reduction from the OS doesn't effect the price? Lol the OS is made up of the shares traded on the market, you subtract 700mil of it which leaves less shares on the market, you don't think it will effect the pps?
