My take...

Absolutely inexcusable for them to not come through on their commitment to MA. Yes, they should have some type of QC in place, if we can't get one small order out timely and accurately will we be able to achieve ISO cert????

BUT.....I do not agree with MA coming out and blaming their manufacturer. At this point they should say they are not ready and will ship by the date we quoted. As unacceptable as LQMT's lapse in quality is, MA's pointing the finger at this stage is just as unacceptable in my opinion. This is their product and they have responsibility in this as well.

I'll sit back and read the ensuing lashings....
