Inexcusable. Absolutely. I'd like to know the quality deficiencies, and how many
had to be returned. And how many were ordered. The first runs, I would imagine would have
been those "highest quality" knives....that were even more expensive than the ones we bought.
I forget how many of those were being reserved.

I also received my letter with the same explanation. So if MA is putting that "error" by LQMT
into their e-mails, to me it means they are royally hacked off. They have no intent on trying to hide
whose at fault and why.

This type of lousy quality control could KILL any prospective contracts. This is something

STEIPP has to answer to stockholders....just how in **** did it happen. Who was at LQMT
checking each one. This is their FIRST production contract and first production pieces and
THEY SCREW UP ROYALLY. SHAME ON STEIPP for not having control of the QA. He can KISS
any pay increase good bye...if just for this one reason.
