Mark up of Ag bill contains "FDA" budget. The budget is split into Divisions...like CDER...

Congress holds the purse strings and can make any conditions they desire...especially if it's Constitutionally based. If your division is in court arguing First Amendment rights against a trillion dollar consortium of businesses it's very likely you don't get a budget until the matter is resolved. All congressional members take an oath to uphold the constitution.

There's zero news on the mark up... Scheduled on 6-18.

HHS budget is separate from FDA budget in House...the mark up was delayed today until 6-24...

You are an options master...why are 7-10 options not being traded?
