I do not think NEAH and its supposed partners are on the brink of anything.

Here is what i think is the problem. NEAH does not understand how to sell an actual product. They seem to be trying to market their tech with the "potential" that it has. You cannot sell a product with white papers and patent filings.

You have to have an actual product, show it working, show a version with thousands of hours. Have sold it to someone and be able to show product longevity and durability. Show how it is advantageous over other competitors. Show that it will be cheaper or more reliable. You cannot do that with a whitepaper.

A partner that can use the tech to manufacture and put the technology in the hands of potential customers on a trial basis is needed. That is an integrator and NEAH does not have one. They cannot even proceed with the merger of a company that does not manufacture batteries but is instead a reseller. I would assume this is to provide income but is not happening and probably will not happen.
