They have gone up from 8.5 million shares just 2 years ago to closing in on a billion now and they never announce ahead of time. The previous share increase was from 96 million to 306 million and it was around 4 days of massive dumping later that someone let the cat out of the bag.
It was probably not a coincidence that some heavy hitter pumpers have been pushing GRLT over the last 2 weeks on this site. Most have disappeared again.
