It's my understanding from an email MARCO sent that he wasn't going to play into the needs of the investor......that's because from the standpoint of penalties for not filing .....is such that it didn't matter if he was one day or 1 year late, there is not additional penalties other than a yield sign....with that being said he mentioned that this was a strategic move to help out the stock long term so competitors couldn't copy him and that he wasn't selling his shares until the stock was at a dollar ( $1.00) a share...That is directly from the Horses mouth.....
