This is old news .. and if some one noted the reduction was in last year...
in this year they have reduced 7 billion and that too restricted and preferred shares..
common stock structure is still high
also rather than retiring the convertibles, the strategy used is issue the shares .. let the pps go down the drain and then buy it off to reduce the shares
