They didn't increase the O/S to 10 Billion. They increased the Authorized Shares from 5 Billion to 10 Billion. This was to accomodate the possibility of all outstanding shares of perfered stock getting cashed in. If it was the O/S that got increased to 10 Billion we'd be looking at trips 2 or 3 right now.
