Why would you call assets coming back to escrow holders a windfall?

Would you call a withdrawal of your own cash from a bank account? No! It was your to begin with.

People seem to be hung up on the idea that any assets are and have aways been the PROPERTY of WMI...escrow holders....after debts and claims are cleared.

No windfall.
