Is the Arima settlement money on top of the 400 mill projection given out? Yes that was a recurring revenue or run rate with the current licensees.

The Arima settlement will be in addition to the $400m.

Rich B. CFO said in a recent CC that one time events like this seem to always occur whether as a result of an Audit catch up or legal settlement so in a sense they should be considered part of recurring revenue. Regardless they do separate the numbers.
