Recharge is not what is important.

In a trading rig, you should have enough power in the batteries to run your primary monitor and computer long enough for you to finish the short email you are working on and to save everything and shut down in an orderly fashon.

You also want lightning protection for the power and for the phone line.

Anything else is just fluff.
