You know since I always keep at least 5 % of any penny play that I'm in , I'm still stuck with some of the CMKX shares. I have requested the CMKX certs from my brokerages . But I do not plan to send copies to the Task Force, since it appears to me to be a total screwup . But I may possibly join the Vancouver based lawsuit since I suspect that they may actually receive a decent settlement without ever having to go as far as court. With the amount of money that was made from this pump and dump I'm figuring that the lawsuit members will be settled with very quietly. While the rest will have been detoured and stalled long enough by all the pumping dolts such as Acca and Jayadope.
