We'll lets see here... Does this sound like something we have heard before...

saleen was burning through $900k per month

What is interesting is that saleen inc was much larger then the current saleen automotive so why almost the identical amounts per month???

Regardless, to say they had no clue how many lawsuits there we're is just redicules! If it was truly going through bankruptcy, they would know all lawsuits!

2005-2007 were the biggest years that saleen inc ever had! Now see I included 2007 because that was still a big year for saleen.

Production numbers:
2005 - 1351
2006 - 1640
2007 - 1258
2008 - 394
2009 - 26

Now let's take a look. When did Steve leave or resign (not fired) from saleen? May 14th 2007

So you will see that Steve was part of saleen inc during the years they had great success.

He wasn't running off to Europe. Deliveries were not late for 2006 as stated since it was a complete carry over from 2005 to 2006. Anyone that was around during this time would know this.

Among Steve there were others that also resigned from Saleen Inc around the time Steve did.

Flat out the production numbers don't lie. Hancock park didn't know how to run a automotive company. They needed Steve and the numbers prove that!

Hancock park brought in a bunch of idiots that I don't think could add 2+2 to save there lives. Because if they had a clue, they would have followed Steve's direction and vision instead of there's and this would have never happened.

Also, don't forget to list the other companies that were involved when saleen inc filed bk because of the great people from Hancock park:

MJ acquisitions
PEXT

Now what I live is there are even court documents from MJ Acquisitions stating that Steve Saleen resigned but it has continued to be stated otherwise. All along I know this is NOT true and that he did indeed resign.

So with all of that being said, that is what happened. I can provide proof of this as well. Not just saying "he was fired"

I was around during this whole process and even after Steve was gone. I witnessed this first hand, not from second third or forth parties. I even remember Marques McCammon saying to me: "does it look like we are closing"? Of course this was when the buzz was that Saleen Inc was about closed. And I knew that is what would happen.

This is what happened!

Regards :)
