Pretty easy answer to all this:

They have the cash flow currently to support the day to day operations.

Also, going off of a filing that is now almost 6 months old tells you nothing at all.

Regarding payroll taxes... From march 2014 to December 2014 payroll taxes went DOWN! So obviously they are making payments. They continue to make payments, the IRS will leave them alone. Hey won't be shut down. Lol

Avoid being shut down by Ford of Escondido for stealing seven chassis valued at $223K
5) Avoid being shut down by 16 customers who put down $1.1M of deposits and have not received their cars
6) Avoid being shut down by their vendors who they owe $1.2M over days delinquent

Going off a filing that is 6 months old for the above points do not have much merit. But I will say that there are over $1 million dollars worth of stock 2015 mustang in corona so I am pretty sure that their are alit of customers receiving there cars they ordered. One more point is we do not know how many order were for the black label Saleen mustang which have only been in production for a couple of months. That being said, those numbers won't really show till the next filing for april-june.

There haven't been any layoffs. Now these so called layoffs... What are the full employment records on these people? Where they always on time to clock in? Any other issues with them? These are all very important to know because it is very possible that the employee screwed up and got fired. This does happen all the time with any company.

Pump and dump... Lol. Please go read what the definition of what one is. Fake PR normally done only on the internet with no real product. All of those point are not Saleen at all. EVERY conventional image (2015 Saleen mustang in 3 trim levels and the Saleen Tesla) have been proven time and time aagain and are also currently being produced.

Ponzi scheme... Lol that's a funny one there.

10) Avoid being sued by Ford, Chrysler, Dodge and Tesla for trying to sell US OEM cars to China without written authorization
11) Avoid being shut down by U.S. Customs for exporting US OEM cars to China

Haha!

Greentech CEO is a lawyer and an expert in international trade law. I am pretty sure he has that all figured out so not to worry.

Also, if there was an issue then the vehicles would have never ended up in China for the auto show!

Regards :)
