Well not correct at all!

They were your words. You stated that they would be bk and greentech would get the Saleen name etc. That is not what happened at all.

And technically with the conversion rate being at $0.02 that values Saleen at $3.5 million approximately with the current oustand shares.

And I did not state they would convert, just that the lowest price is $0.02 meaning they (greentech) felt the stock is worth at least $0.02!

You clearly stated that they would file bk, greentech would get the right and that is NOT the case. Completely wrong!

Greentech can only sell to the territories they own the license for period! For them to put up $500k means they know the value of Saleen and how much money greentech can make from marketing the Saleen branded vehicles.

One more thing, it was first a note for $500k which has now converted to a license fee of $500k. That says a lot IMO.
