Yes, notice how when the Court said we are going to have to throw light on this contract and it's inner workings. Apple, like a slime crawler, quickly went scampering away with "OK...Let's make a Deal".

GTAT showed guts, the court saw the 'Bad Faith' by Apple, and The Fruit folded. Parting with....'perhaps we can do something in the future'.
