I'm from Warwick NY - never been to the Hampton's.

The only shares issued since I took over in Oct was under 10 million restricted to pay off various vendors, employees, officers, etc. All the rest has been convertible notes.

As far as the amount on the notes left I can't just disclose that here, we'd have to do a PR. Not sure of any company that PR's debt, especially an amount this low atm
