Please read the whole filing. You will see there are excluded areas around the world that SMI cannot sell Saleen branded vehicles.

Please go read the very comment you are responding to because I quite clearly quoted the very passage of the 8K mentioning the regions, but anyway that wasn't even the point of my comment.

This was completely wrong. As I said, the purpose of the note was to secure Saleen's IP.

The note came with an amendment to Saleen's IP to cede all claim to the IP in a case of bankruptcy. this claim is disputable since Weiner and asociates are also claiming First Lien, but now this licensing agreement gives them more ground and secure them the use of the IP in the meantime.

This is all very clear to anyone who doesn't have a financial interest in SLNN.
