Let me shed a little light on this…. Yes this R/S was all part of the over all evil plan of the Nelson's. They were taking in 5k for restricted shares while all the time Tom was selling into all the bogus news releases. Tom would even call, email investors to tell them when the news releases were coming. He then would start a buying frenzy and then Lisa and Tom would sell into it. Tom shares were on the open market. He purposely stayed off the BOD at that time. My friend lost over 20k on the restricted shares alone because of the LIES on the Nelson's and the false PR's.
