No more DONE DEAL $0.40-$0.80 per share!?! Cash deal?!? Bad news for shareholders, good news for Marc!! He will have money to repay his loan and a ton of cash to spend for whatever reasons!! At that I give it to him, he's really good, a 12 on 10!! Just look at the financials, administrative expenses vs money invested on the properties.... So at the end, will the stock gain significative value?? Hummmm think about it looking at SDRG history....
