Richard Miltner founded the Miltner Adams Company with Juli Adams in 2003, and is the Chief Designer and Engineer.

A black belt in Karate, and an expert in knives and martial arts weapons, Mr. Miltner began his career as a military police instructor in martial arts and close combat while serving in the Austrian Armed forces.

After completing his service, Mr. Miltner established a personal security firm in Germany and Switzerland serving clients worldwide for over ten years.

Juli Adams heads the Business Operations at the Miltner Adams Company, transforming her life-long hobby of knife collecting into a serious endeavor with the goal of introducing a new edge of innovation into the industry.

Before starting the Miltner Adams Company with Mr. Miltner, Ms. Adams was a NASA contractor for nine years working as a documentation specialist and technical writer for the IT Operations and Engineering teams at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California.

Ms. Adams is also an artist, and holds a BA in Fine Arts and a MFA in Sculpture from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Thank you for commenting. We are a real company with real knives - the video isn't a spoof on any specific company - we just think sometimes folks get a little to carried away. We like to keep it light, even a little "campy" and hope we entertain while getting information out about our innovative products.
