We may consolidate a few more days. I think the strong hands have gotten stronger after listening to the CC and will only get stronger with more updates to come soon.

The most interesting part of the CC to me was regarding how they went public. It really paints a picture as to why TPAC is here in trips and why it is unlike other other pink sheet companies.

My hypothesis on TPAC is Bill got some bad advice on going public to get funding - this was while he was an inexperienced CEO. He probably wasn't aware of the convertible debt and what it would do to the share price. Had he not gone public, the company would have gotten much better terms from private investors. Now that it's a public company, the convertible debt was really the only option for funding.

Now that the company is ready to go. The officers of the company will pony up the cash to do the acquisitions and with that revenue do the buyback. This is an awesome idea because AS WE ALL KNOW given the PROFIT TPAC will see soon, we are SEVERELY UNDERVALUED.

This is why we are in such a peculiar situation for an UNUSUAL PINK SHEET because of some bad advice Bill got back in the day. If Bill had been more experienced he would have raised funds through better channels, established the revenue (where are about now) then ipo'd on a bigger exchange and made boat loads that way.

Where we are now is, insiders pony up cash, buy back as much stock as possible so the company can benefit from the huge ascension in pps once these revs get established.

Tpac would have arrived at this point regardless if it it went public or not, but now that the co is without toxic dilution, Bill is ready to make moves.

Imo
