If you all haven't listened to the conference call please do. Tpac is buying out the note so no more conversions will ever hit the float. He is doing so after the q10 so he doesn't have to adjust everything that's been done on it so far. He said there will be a 100% chance this note gets bought shortly after the q10 is submitted. He's accountable and will answer your questions via Twitter if you have them.
