Any international distribution with a publicly traded OEM would be disclosed and Greentech-Saleen's PR would be blasting it all over the Internet. Think about it. Does it makes sense that billion dollar corporations are going to sign away Asian-China distribution rights to a start up company and a bankrupt Saleen? No way possible. With the distribution rights comes dealership franchise sign ups, warranty coverage and spare parts supply. additionally the cars potentially need to be modified to meet Chinese fuel consumption and smog certifications. The overhead required to manage a territory as large as China would be 100X the size of Greentech & Saleen.
