Saleen law suits coming. If Saleen was to survive long enough and managed to ship Ford's, Chrysler's, Dodge's
and Tesla's they will get sued into the ground by these OEM's. Shipping American OEM vehicle to Asia
and selling them violates US Export laws and the regulated US Commerce Laws that require distribution through authorized and franchised dealership networks. You cannot just purchase Ford Mustang's, slap on a Saleen windshield sticker and export them for resale in China or any other country. Greentech and Saleen have no agreements in place with these OEM's to distribute their vehicles in Asia.
The OEM are not going to license Greentech or Saleen to set up distribution networks in Asia.
This will be stopped before any volume of cars attempts to be exported. Saleen has already been warned by
Ford to not ship their chassis to Asia or any other country. This whole China PR media blitz is just to provide
Amo for the Pumpers and to try to attract a large investor to bail them out of a bankruptcy situation.
This issue is a ticking time bomb that will blow up.
