Nope. The price was 57 cents in 2014 and NO R/S happened. Dilution occurred taking this down to .002 and now the A/S is likely maxed out. According to the SEC fillings they can't raise the A/S without a shareholder vote. Another reason why this doesn't appear to be a BS company.
