At the risk of repeating myself ... I think there is AMPLE room for alternate interpretation. We could sign a transformational contract this month or next and,

o given reasonably expected timelines for contract to significant revenue recognition, and,

o given the LQMT outsized overhead,

We would still not be at BE on a pro-forma basis by calendar ye.

Absolutely !!
Even IF lqmt gets (or already has) several major huge gigantic contracts signed this year, it won't mean lqmt will Break even in 2015.
