and Ford's Boards. The majority of my posts are on SLNN for the following reasons:
1) I know many people who have been burned by Steve Saleen
Vendors, Customers, a Employees, Creditors and most certainly, a Investors.
2) Steve is a white collar criminal who lives high off other people's money
3) This latest version of Saleen Automotive is a complete sham and
only exists to rip off Auto enthusiasts investors.
SLNN was set up as a Pump & Dump scan by some very experienced experts in that field:
KBM Worldwide, Seth Kramer
David Weiner & Fred Knoll who made a killing on P&D schemes in the Pot stocks.
Same exact scenario:
1)Reverse Merger of a dormant public company she'll
2) Find a Bankrupt brand name company with some buzz (Saleen)
3) High Interest rate loans that converts to millions of shares of heavily discounted stock
4) Hire a PR firm to blast the internet with hyperbole (Saleen actually put a PR firm owner on Saleen's BOD's)
5) Convert the debt plus high interest to shares at 40-60% less than the OTCBB shareholders paid for them
6) Sell the converted shares on the OTCBB and make a killing
7) The pumpers fuel new buyers so that the converted shares can be sold quickly
Saleen build one show car of many types of cars so that new PR is always out there.
I post to warn off the new investors from getting caught up in the frenzy artificially created
by Saleen and these crooks who now own the company.
