This is our 2nd ANNUAL Shareholders Meeting. The very first was (I think) four years ago. The PPS at the time was $1.40, and, if I recall correctly, we were given more than 3 weeks notice at the time.

Too bad this whole crappy situation had to happen. Used to be a pretty tight knit group. Now there's two clearly opposing factions with some friendships broken and never to be re-mended. Could've all been prevented.
