The Company thanks all of its shareholders and creditors for their continued support and working with us during this quiet period. We acknowledge many shareholders have inquired about the timing and status of our 10-K filing which is past due. The Company has made a lot of progress with the 10-K as we have had to deal with many more technical issues than anticipated. The Company will continue to work with its auditors to bring our disclosures current and hope our hard work will help the financial marketplace properly value the Company. We have consulted with our auditors about the timing of this filing which we believe may be around month’s end. However, we caution that timing remains subject to change dependent upon having to resolve any other technical issues or matters arising.
Again, the Company thanks our shareholders and its creditors for their patience and resolve, especially those who have adopted a long term strategy and have clearly expressed their support for the Company’s current endeavors.
