I think so ...waiting on 10k to be filed...if it wasn't coming..odds are we would be back no bid...someone knows its coming..either that or enough of us are just too stubborn to sell..lol...but from the companys standpoint..they are filing 8ks when necessary etc...and have offered to meet face to face with shareholders at this convention they are attending next week in Vegas..so I'm feeling there is a solid chance they get the 10k filed sometime before then..if not could be some interesting meetings..if anyone actually goes...

if that 10k hits..there is certainly a play here..because there could be a bunch of updates to follow...said they would not make updates until the 10k is filed...so either it goes dark from here like most pennies..or that thing gets filed and we get a phoenix type rise here quickly probably to .001 + and this board gets crazy active again.. this time it will be launching from .0003 and not .0001 ..should have a little easier time climbing up again..

but who knows..we shall see...
