Tell me Gump, you said that “There is but ONE list that counts…….. The LIST that the Transfer Agent compiles and keeps current”, and you are quite correct.
So the question is Gump, presuming that the TA and the TF are working in conjunction, why wouldn’t they alert the stuckholders to any discrepancies on the TA’s records? Why wouldn’t they release the total certs issued less those cancelled and compare that to the faxes received so far? Perhaps because it could go about uncovering an orchestrated campaign to indulge in a useless enterprise at the cost of those that have already lost on this?
You see, I think Gump that no matter what happens, you will still be convinced that there is an invisible “shorty” somewhere out there, manipulated by sinister forces, bound and intent on corrupting the free market, instead of focusing your talents and knowledge on bringing down the sleazy operators that infest the pinks?
